I generally weigh every morning and for me it's not a problem. It's like checking my checkbook before I go shopping. 8)
It helps me to know that I DID lose 4 lbs this week even tho' the scale, at present, only says 2. Somewhere I ate something that made me bloat and feel awful. :( Having my food plan, I can go back and see what I've eaten and watch to see if the same foods do it again.
I'm not discouraged because I feel better. The 2 measurements I took earlier this week let me know that stuff's movin' around if it's not gone and the ONE place I most HATE having the weight (around my ribs) is down over an inch. :P I'm going to have my coffee and then do all my measurements just to see where I'm at.
I'll let my body settle a little today and check again tomorrow, but if I *did* lose 4 lbs and then gained 2 back.... being faithful to the plan... what does that mean? |

It's a good idea to keep an eye on your food plan.
You might have eating too much salty stuff such as Canadian or turkey bacon, olives, too many processed foods, salty nuts, etc.
It's normal for your weight to go up and down even in a day.
If you drink all your water or have a large meal, and then you check your weight it would be larger.
Make sure also you are not constipated.
Keep up the good work, |

 Yep! I wasn't exactly "constipated", but a little beyond the time of "comfort" perhaps!
I've lost 1" in my bust, 1" in my ribs, 1" in my waist, and 1" in my abs.
Guess I won't complain!
