Not really-- the fat content is like 2%, which isn't on-plan. They've also taken out all the good carbs, so you're missing much of the nutritional benefits of milk, especially for p1 where it's hard to get enough carbs sometimes.
There's a Deep Dark Chocolate Milk recipe in Recipelover's summary that comes highly recommended. Use that with real skim or 1% and you're good to go with an SB-friendly chocolate treat! |
