Low carb ice cream bars on ph1??

ok, so this is kind of a confession. And I am embarressed to tell everyone this. I have been on phase 1 for almost two weeks now. I lost 6.5 pounds at first but as of yesterday I was up 2 pounds. I am doing everything right except two things....

1. I have been having a low carb ice cream bar everynight after dinner. They have only like 5 grams of sugar and 5 carbs. (but 170 calories)

2. I havent really been counting my nuts. Almonds and peanuts are what I am eating. I dont gorge myself but I have just been grabbing a handful everyday.

I am pretty sure I know what the answer will be about the ice cream bars...lol But could 1 a day really slow me down that much or even put weight back on? What about the nuts?? Can that be the problem?

I would appreciate any help! Should I stay on phase 1 another week because I have been eating the ice cream bars or just go onto phase 2?

Go to phase 2 when your time is up unless you are still having major cravings from that ice cream. Yes, you do know the answers already, lol, stop the ice cream and measure the nuts. A serving of peanuts is like 15 peanuts and think how many can fit in your hand. The ice cream could go in the treat catagory except it has too many calories and too much sugar to help you lose wt. Try the no added sugar fudgsicles, you can even make the PNB cup recipe with them and it is just like ice cream but SBD friendly. Good luck!!!
