| Go to phase 2 when your time is up unless you are still having major cravings from that ice cream. Yes, you do know the answers already, lol, stop the ice cream and measure the nuts. A serving of peanuts is like 15 peanuts and think how many can fit in your hand. The ice cream could go in the treat catagory except it has too many calories and too much sugar to help you lose wt. Try the no added sugar fudgsicles, you can even make the PNB cup recipe with them and it is just like ice cream but SBD friendly. Good luck!!! |
