| Today is my first day of doing the SBD. Things have been going pretty well, but it's the end of the day and I find it hard not to sit in front of the tv and snack on things, plus I'm starting to get a headache. For dinner I made the Chicken Capri from the SBD cook book and it was excellent! I also made the ricotta creme, but I didn't like the texture too much. I was wondering for other lunch and dinner ideas. If anyone could help that would be great. |

One good placed to get ideas is there is usually a daily thread in the Recipe and Food sub-forum titled, "what are you eating today" with the current date embedded in it and people post their daily menu plans. You can go back a few pages to read the most recent ones, or maybe even do a search with that as the title and find more of them at once. (although I think the search feature is not that great.)
I hear ya about sitting in front of the TV. You could try not sitting in front of the TV! ;) You could save your nut allowance until the night and snack on those. Also a lot of people like the roasted chickpeas for a snack food. I think they can become a diet buster if you eat too many of them, but they might help in the short term. |

| Thanks for the tips on meals. I am headed to the store tomorrow to start P1. I have been doing a combo of P2/P3 since Sept and lost 28lbs. Now I am going to start P1 so I can reach my goal! |
