Im so glad to see this thread!
I too am a veggie (lacto/ovo) and started P1 today.
I assume soy products should be ok right? Tofu, soy based emat substitutes etc. Its going to be hard giving up my soy chips for the first two weeks though :(
Im glad to see this thread as Im sure its harder for us veggies than meat eaters on this diet.
O/T, anyone know if you can have marinara sauce during P1? |
