Hey thanks for joining and stopping by! You need any SB pointers?? ;) And for the record, guys just don't like having the words "small" and "thing" in the same phrase! ;) :lol:
You'll have to go back to the beginning of the thread to find the before pictures. I don't think there is a lot of difference from a year ago. No more than a couple pounds in that department. But 8 months of yoga has leaned and toned things up a bit that probably wasn't there last year. Certainly not enough confidence then to go shirtless! ;)

| Thanks to all who have posted since the latest photo went up a few months ago. I keep hoping this thread will fade to pg 2 and not keep getting dredged up, but you people keep seeming to find a way to find it! I do appreciate the kind thoughts, but still get a bit embarrassed about it all. I see that pic and all I can think is: "What the hey was I thinking!!" ;) |
