| I started the southbeach Feb 2004 at 156-reached 123 by Dec 2004---The first pic was taken the day I started (Feb 14, 2004)the southbeach--the other was taken Dec 26, 2004---I lost 15 lbs the first month, then things went much slower after that. I feel so much better, much more energy :roll: I will eat healthy now for life :P |

Same here- I really want to see them!! There is a post in this page with tips for posting pictures- I know because I put one in my journal and could not for the life of me figure out how to do it!

| All you have to do is host the pictures on a server (I suggest going to ImageShack.com, its easy and free) and it will give you a bunch of links to your picture. Use the first one that looks like [img]...yadayadayda...[ \img] and copy that line into your post here. Simple as that but took me a while to figure out also! |
