In reply to your question, the weight loss was gratual over about 3 years. I wasn't really "trying" that entire time. It was on and off.
My keys to success:
*Weight Lifting
*Disctracting myself with other activities to keep myself out the 'fridge
*the motto "food is fuel" -- not an emotional attachment or something to do when I'm bored, AND it should be nutritious: no empty calories. |
