So the weight is coming off very very very slowly...I've been on SB since mid October, and its now mid December. I've lost 7.25 pounds...on SB. But I was trying to count calories before that, so I've lost 12.25 pounds since I realized I had let myself go. :? I'm not completely sure of my weight in the before pic...somewhere between 155 and 160. I think probably closer to the latter at that point. The before is on the right...the after on the left, taken last week at the company party. Hopefully there will be more update pics soon...
