Just a note, but I don't think Ani visits the forums too much anymore. I just bumped up the thread a little bit ago because she did so well and we started at about the same time. The fact that she is pretty easy on the eyes probably has something to do with it too! ;) So if you don't get a response to your questions, it is likely simply because she doesn't know it's there. It's a good question though Kris. You might want to post it in the Exercise forum and see if anyone responds.
