Well, I finally dug around on the weekend and found a shot of me last Christmas - I almost died!
Here is it - except that I have lost about 10 more pounds since then so I'll re-post later with this year's holiday pic!

Although I love the accolades - thank you all, I really wanted to post this to let people know that this way of life is AMAZING!
Not only I am wearing bikinis again but I feel SO MUCH BETTER than I have in years.
I plan to look at that gross Christmas picture at least once a week to remind me that I DO NOT want to look or feel that unhealthy ever again. |
