Just another Amanda to join the gang. :D I'm starting the beach tomorrow, partially due to the insistance of my doctor and partially because its one of my resolutions. I dont have any before pictures on this computer (I'm home from college on break) but I'll post some around the 15th for all to see.

I am 15 and need to lose about 70 pounds. I lost a bunch on the 6 Week Body makeover last year and gained it all back. I would love some "buddies" to go through this journey with me!

| Thanks for all the support. I decided not to start during the holidays, bad idea, I gained 10 lbs! I tried starting yesterday but now I have come down with a case of the flu. For those who tell me I don't look like I have 80 lbs to lose, believe it or not, but I weigh around 240 lbs! My goal is to lose 40 by June and then just go from there! With the support I think I will be able to achieve my goals!! THANKS!! |

I had the same problem. I'm starting tomorrow but it'll be a little more tough now because I go back to school Saturday and it's hard to go by what the dining halls are serving, not to mention I dont have the funds to go out and buy food but I'm determined. I can do this. I have a before picture thats pretty decent. I'm 5'4" and weigh about 240 lbs also. We do have a gym on campus so if anyone has any ideas as to some kind of work-out routine I can use, I would really appreciate it. Anything I can do in my room would be nice too. Thanks all!
