| thanks janet, you must really notice a difference with yourself...you've done so well!! I've gone from a size 20/22 (depending on style) to a 16...that is so cool...most regular clothes come in a 16, that means I don't have to shop in the plus size sections anymore...too cool |

| I really like that you've posted pictures of your progress rather than simply before and after photos... it really helps as a reminder that weight loss is a process NOT an event... it doesn't magically happen all at once! I often feel frustrated because I perceive my weight loss to be very slow. However, when I look at photos from January 2004 I can see a tremendous difference in how I look. I'm thinking I might post my before and during shots for my one year anniversary of being on the Beach in late January! |

| Thank you so much for your responses....I feel fantastic....the look in my eye could be because for so long I've run from the camera...and now...well, I can't wait to get in front of it so I can see the differences, because I have trouble noticing it in the mirror. Another reason for the look in my eye, I was grinning/smirking/smiling at the love of my life...what better reason to have sparkly eyes... |
