| Hi. Just wondering if there is a thread/section for vegetarians, as there is some special concerns/challenges for us on SB, and it would be great to find info and recipes in one place. Veggie info is very scattered on this board. |

hi
I'm with you, I am a vegetarian too, and I can not find very many good recipes, they are scattered all over the Board.
Hope someone can help us.
I have the SB cooking Book, but I think I need some new Recipes I am geting boared with the one's in the book |

Hmmm...well, two options for you (1) send a request to sbdiet (the site administrator) and (2) start your own thread....either in the Southbeach forum or the Recipe forum. If you start your own thread, you could really try to get all veggies to post in there. Not to mention the fact that some folks have a lot of helpful advice even if they're not veggies. For example, I'm a member of the paid site and I often like to look things up for folks if I can and answer their questions if possible.
So, you could have a thread like "Vegetarians Unite" or "SBD as a Vegetarian" or "Vegetarians Post Here" or something like that!
