My nails have always been strong but since starting SB ten days ago, my nails have almost all broken. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know why this would happen?

Funny. I experienced the opposite! :?
Maybe you can try to chose more food that contains B-vitamines? Or take some additional vitamines? It might be that you have ruled out from your diet the b-vitamin containing food types you used to eat earlier. But it is weird though, because it should be visible that fast...?

I had just noticed the oppsite effect on my nails. Not only are they thicker and stronger but they are growing so fast. Just another positive effect of eating healthy!!

Quite the opposite is true for me. My nails grow so fast it is aggrivating! Cold weather can damage the nails as can household cleaners.

I know you don't want to hear this... but I'm the same as the others... my nails were always weak and always breaking, but since SB, they're long and strong... with one exception.

Two months ago, I donated blood... was diagnosed as borderline anemic right afterwards and that's when my nails became bendable and broke again. Perhaps you're low in iron, too? :?
