Thanks Jaime. I wasnt convinced until my nephew took the picture on the right (almost 2 weeks ago). The one on the left (maroon shirt) was taken july of this year.
I think I've dropped a little more... |

Thanks for the "WOW" Manda. Actually, I have a correction on my weight. I have now lost 37lbs.
I stood on the scale a few mins ago (here at work), assuming that I was still at 236, but I was wrong... I weigh 231lbs.
Started 268lbs
SB 236lbs (picture was taken a week ago)
Today 231lbs

I've lost a few more pounds... i now weigh 121. Getting close to my goal. Majority of the weight I've lost was straight diet...
...but now that have gained a little enegery, I've been doing a whole lot of burning excercises. My goal is to lose as much as I can before visiting CA in the next 2 weeks. Wish me luck.

| There is a BIG difference in the photos! Congratulations... the hard work is paying off! Good to see a man who is brave enough to post... seems that you guys are far outnumbered by the ladies here! I don't know where you're headed in Cali for your trip... but the weather has been amazingly nice here lately! |

we had a family christmas thingy the other night and we opened some gifts... and i finally got some new clothes. ...my sister in law gave me some pants in size 36 ...but i was afraid to try them on because even with the weight loss, i knew that i wasn't close to being 36, 38 maybe...
...but much to my surprise, I FIT IN 'EM!!! Awesome!
so, its official now that i fit in pant-size 36... not too bad coming from a 42 waist... YES, i used to be 42.

Good for you! I know how exciting that is - I've bought two pairs of size 4 pants in the last few weeks...from a 14.
