| PMDD is a severe form of PMS with very serious depression. It stands for Pre-Menstral Dysphoria Disorder (or something like that). I got mine under control by starting BC pills. Before I started the BC pills I would lie in bed for days or sometimes even weeks before my TOM contemplating suicide. Now the thought rarely crosses my mind. I still suffer from depression but not nearly as bad. I recommend anyone with this disorder talking to a medical doctor or pyschiatrist for treatment. |
