Hi to all,
Went to the doctor today. Have been on the SB diet for 12 weeks and have lost 29 lbs so far. More important is working out 4-5 times a week and doing 15 miles per week. I'm back in 38" pants, down from 42". Doctor was very impressed and has decided to cut my blood pressure med in half. It has been hard to get and keep my heart rate in the target zone. For my age heart rate for weight loss should be 97 - 123 beats per minute with the carido zone in the 124-149 range. Hopefully lowering the bp med will help.
