So we just returned from vacation in Nova Scotia. It was my husbands first time in Canada and he had such a great time. My family was so surprised at how we looked. It even motivated my mother and stepfather to go out and purchase the book and get on the beach. They started last week and are really encouraged. We each gained 2lbs on vacation but it was worth every minute of it, LOL. It was nice however, to come home and get back into our own eating healthy groove again.

I've been on the beach dsince July 4th and am down about 14 and was getting a bit discouraged since I haven't lost anything for the last 2 weeks, but THANK you to whom ever bumped this...
Jamie you are a true inspiration, both you and your DH look amazing, you can really see the difference in his face (wearing baggy cloths so it's hard to tell in the boday) but you, you look amazing in the last photo you posted.
Thank you so much for your post, it will keep me going!!

| Incredible!!! I have hope!!! I want to lose like your husband. He is motivating me now to really commit. I am in phase 1 day 3. I have been working out at the YMCA. I have been walking a mile a day when I go. Thank you so much for the posts!!! It really helps us!!! |

Your photos are amazing!!! You both look wonderful, how nice to have an SBD buddy.........
Glad you enjoyed your visit to Canada. In my opinion, nothing is more exciting than the US (TV clips, newscasts in NY, etc) but Canada has a beauty all its own. I would love to visit the whole maritimes area someday.....
