Anyone else experiencing this? I started feeling this way since day one. I'm on day 14 and I must feel this way at least once a day everyday. I eat my 3 meals plus 2 or 3 snacks and I get this way right before lunch or my 2nd snack. Im not pregnant either. Any advice?

Are you getting enough water? That can make you feel strange.
I spent about a year feeling naseous. I think it was just stress. I don't know.
Is there a food that you've added in to your diet that you didn't used to eat? Maybe that's it!

I'm assuming you're just ending phase 1. Please begin phase 2 and start to reintroduce your healthy carbs (fruits and grains). Many people get this feeling earlier in phase 1 and move right into phase 2 before their 2 weeks are up. They find that adding more carbs in gets rid of it. Might work for you!

| I also get nauseated occasionally and when it begins I try some dairy in the form of milk or yogurt and that helps everytime; I think it's the lactose. |
