| I am talking about the old style WW (from the 70's and 80's) where you kept track of exchanges for different types of food - you were allowed 2 fruit exchanges, 3 milk etc per day. I am thinking of keeping track that way because I found that after 2 months on SBD I swing from not eating nearly enough to eating too much I was hoping that this would keep me in the right range. Any thoughts? |
