| I'm on P2 now, and have lost 10#, but for the last couple of weeks, I've been feeling sick to my stomach. Has anyone else experienced this? |

| Do you mean that you feel sick when you see food or you just physically feel sick all the time, like nausea etc. |

| Write down your meal plans and your exercise routine. Let us take a look... either your pregnant or you're missing some vital stuff in your diet. |

Breakfast: 2 egg omelet w/veggies, low fat cheese, canadian bacon/
small glass of V8 juice, decaf coffee w/splenda
I also drink 1 can of diet cola with caffeine, to get me going in the morning
1st Snack: 1 Laughing Cow wedge, Water
Lunch: Either salad w/turkey, low fat ranch dressing, or leftovers from
dinner the night before
2nd Snack: Celery & Peanut Butter, Water
Dinner: Either chicken or turkey breast, or I've tried a few of recipes out
of the SBD cookbook; veggies w/spray butter; small salad w/
low fat ranch dressing; 1 decaf soda of some sort; sugar free
popsicle or fudge bar.
I also exercise vigorously for at least 30-40 min. each evening.
Water after exercising.
I already took a pregnancy test, and have had my time of the month, so I'm certain I'm not pregnant.
I've also been really fatigued as well.
Help!!! |

| Your meal plans look excellent with the exception of two things... you state you're on phase 2... but where are your grains and fruits? You need both to maintain your energy if you're going to exercise vigorously... trust me, I'm the same and just went thru this same, exact thing. I needed to up my carbs (grains). |

I just started P2...but this started a couple of days on the diet, on P1.
I'll try with the fruits and grains and see if that works.
Thanks for your input, I appreciate it! |

| It really makes sense then... many people can't do more than one week on phase 1 because they really need more carbs than it allows. So, try this... add a piece of bread (make sure it's whole grain) to your dinner tonight... I'll bet you'll feel better immediately. :D |
