I had been on the SBD 2 days and had a low blood sugar episode or a neurological episode. My legs and arms went to pins and needles and my left arm went numb. My hand started cramping. I took sugar and felt better then it came back. I got home and took orange juice until it subsided. I am prone to low blood sugar levels and always kept something on me. I cannot take any artificial sweetners either as it starts my GERD and other GI problems. Just wanted to know it anyone else has had this problem?
Thanks. |

Sounds to me like you should be on P2, not P1. I started on P2 and am doing fine. You will just lose slower at first.

| I agree- you should skip phase 1 and go right to phase 2. I am hypoglycemic, and I have a lot of problems on phase 1 with my blood sugar as well, but feel great on phase 2. |

| Thank you for the responses to my question regarding hypoglycemia concerns. I will try p2 and see what happens. |

ragtop,
it's almost been two weeks I was wondering how you are doing on p2?
I find if I eat all my meals and snacks I do not have any symptoms at all of my hypoglycemia.
hope you are feeling better. |

I just got out of hospital. I have congestive heart failure and fluid got overloaded. I am doing okay now. Have to get back on SBD. Will try phase 2 now.
Thanks. |
