hi everyone. I'm new to the Beach, starting day 5. looks like I have lost 3-4 pounds so far.

I started this diet as I have to events, on days 11 and 12, a bar mitzvah and a christening and wanted to lose some before then.

I do plan on having something not allowed on p1 but then going back on day 13 and probably doing another 10 days or so before starting p2.

does anyone else do this?

yes I am in phase II and have lost 13 pounds.
