Hi everyone,
Today is day number 6 of phase 1. I'm doing pretty good I think :wink: but, who knows. I guess if I look at it this way if I wasn't on the beach I would be eating twice as much and all the bad foods.. So Yea I am doing good.. :lol: Does anyone else want to post what they have eaten with me and we can be an encouragement to either eat more or less or give support...
Breakfast- 4 deviled eggs and water
snack- cerery.peppers and a tbs creamcheese
deviled egg and water
Lunch- 1 deviled egg a salad with lots of greens,
broccoli and 3 slices of cheddercheese
newmans light basamic vinigerette
water
Snack- 8 macadamian nuts
Dinner- 2 pieces of chicken breast coocked fresh
greenbeans water
Ok honestly is this a good days supply of food.. Am I lacking or am I having too much of somthing...
