I thought I'd put a plug in for the 'fake tanner'. I used the air brushed stuff, I forgot what brand but it covers bruises really good and those little viens. It also drys in a minute much faster than self tanner, but it washes right off when you get a shower.

I have heard from Dr Don Colbert, (who has written several books), that if you are not getting the right fats which help with rebuilding the lining of your cells, you can bruise easily. Omega3 capsules can help too. The other thing is you should be able to have some type of bm every day. Make sure you drink water, and eat the fruits & veggies. Go easy on the fiber when you first start out and gradually increase bit by bit over time. If you can, I would lay off all the medicines like the Advil, to see if the SBD WOE will help correct your chemical imbalances in the body and get you regular. Hope this helps. blo
