Since I'm not done losing weight, I can't post a "before" and "after" yet. I've probably lost about 50 pounds now, and I want to lose at least 35 more. I didn't take any full body shots, so these ones of my face will have to do.

Wow... #1, how great to SEE you... #2, you can really see the loss in your face. Like me, your face seems to be a good road map to weight loss or gain.

| Hi There, any chance of getting these back? I'd love to see. I've got another 50 or so to lose to get to my "goal" which I think will be revised when I get there, but I'd love to see the difference it makes. |

i also notice the happiness in the 2nd one. isnt it great feeling healthier and i notice im not so camera shy anmore. |
