ok,,,,i am literally laughing so hard at this thread i almost woke my napping child.
here's my boob experience as of lately. went to buy a new bra...40D was my starting size. not impossible to find, but difficult. tried a 38 Dand 38 C. fit around, but D was too big on right, C was too small on the left. GEEZ!!!!!!!!!! it would be helpful if they matched better. |

I bought a 34B (same cup size as the 36A, just a smaller rib measurement) and that fits pretty well- I tried one on before and it emphasized the back fat but not now. For you other flat-chested women, forget the Miracle bra- its all about the Very Sexy bra- even my little ones almost have cleavage!!!
I am already inverted  and I agree with you about the back flab. Where can I get this Very Sexy bra at? I don't have the money to get the boob job done, plus I'm 44 yrs and my husband loves them like they are now. I just hope I don't lose from my chest.. |

| Victoria's Secret is actually having their semi-annual sale online right now - just go to the website and enter your bra size. On the next page you just select "Very Sexy" and it will show you the sale items in your size. This is the best bra I've ever found - it's totally worth the money! The cups are filled with a gel that bounces like real breasts but doesn't slosh like the water bra. Though it does get pretty hot in the summer - maybe SBD isn't shrinking my boobs, I'm just sweating them off! |

| Also- the bra will retain its shape better if you hand wash it and then line dry it- just a helpful hint. My 34B fits well today. I hope they dont get smaller. Peck exercises might help them look perky but I doubt I have to worry about sagging- there isnt enough of them to go anywhere! Ok for you smaller-chested ladies- is there a sport bra that wont flatten me out like a boy? I mean I put a regular sports bra on and then throw a t shirt on it and if I am wearing warm-up pants and a hat...I could definitely pass for a guy if no one really looked at my face! |

| Interesting thread. I never knew there were so many of us with the same problem. Instead of just hoping that mine get smaller (34DDD) I think I am going to have a breast reduction done. I think it's wishful thinking that I will lose weight from that area. I was a 34DD in 6th grade at 115 lbs so probably the most I could hope for is going back to that. |

Dianep-
Oh! Thanks for your post. I've been reading this thread for a few days now and amazed at how many people are in a similar situation. I'm not fitting in my 34DD and tried on a 34DDD the other day, it didn't fit-either! Some of my old bras are working ok... When I lose a few pounds I end up back to my 32DD, but would have to practically be toothpick to dream about a single letter.
I've also been thinking about breast reduction, just worried that I will lose too much sensation.
What's your dream size???
158/152/133
Currently on day 9, phase 1.

Karan--
I think I'd like to be a 34C, but I'm not even sure what that is. I'm going to have to go look at some bras and see what they look like. I always just make a beeline to the larger section and never bother looking at all of the sexy bras in the regular area. A friend of mine recently had a breast reduction and she loved it! Now I'm really thinking about it. At this point, I would give up sensation I think. I want to be able to do athletic things without even thinking about how I can hide my breasts! :D |

Diane-
a "C" is what I first started thinking about, but worried that it's so close to a "D" that it could slide there so easily. I think in the long run I'm thinking a "B". That's a good idea about checking out the bras in that size to see what it would be like.
My husband is very supportive of the change, and is encouraging me to go for it. He feels bad for women like us, carrying "them" around. I have back/neck/shoulder pain quite often.
I can't imagine what exercising would be like with only one bra on! Not to mention, a bra that doesn't have 5 buckles in the back!!!! Lol!
Good luck with your choice, and just think about all of those tops that have the little straps - they'd fit no problem!
Take care,

Thanks all for the chuckles! I have been in 42DD for about two years, and a lot of it was because of the weight I was carrying on my back and sides. I've only lost about 12 pounds my first month on SB, but I've been running/walking for about 2 months, and my sports bras were getting too big. I just bought some size 40D sports bras to replace the ones that were not holding me down enough, and boy did that feel great! I want to be a 36 C again.
So to the big girls that have lost some up stairs, are you finding overall shrinkage? I'm afraid after so long being weighted down they will end up looking like a sock with a really heavy tennis ball in the end. Will they lose the distance from chest wall to nipple when they shrink? |

| I have been on the diet for 5 days now and see a big difference in my boobs. I guess thats because they are not very big to begin with so I notice any change. The diet is literally sucking the life out of my boobs, I wish I could take all the fat from my tummy and just put it back in them. |

I don't think mine are getting smaller . . . . just LOWER. I'm losing that second roll of tummy that my hubby refers to as the "boobie shelf", so there's nothing to keep them from drooping.
My bra problem is that my cup size really isn't that big compared to the measurement around. I wear a 48C. Most bras with a C-cup only go up to about a 42. By the time I find bras that are 48's, they are D-cup or bigger. I always have to buy those stupid extenders for the back of the bra, and then all of those extra hooks leave marks on my skin. |

Okay I have to post again on this subject. As I said before I knew that I would lose not just in the size of my bra but also in the cup area....I just didn't know that I would see it so soon. I lost 2 lbs in the last week and I think it was in my boobs. I noticed the difference Friday night, I said something to the hubby and he says to me...."I know. I noticed last week." UGH!!!!
Butterfly press here I come!! I am not about to have these things shrink and sag.
I started off a 40C, but am a 38C now. I have always been between 36C and 38C until I gained weight, I'm just hoping that they don't get below that. Although hubby says that he doesn't care one way or the other ...to him a boob is a boob....I don't want to lose them. I guess I am a bit vain in that area. It stems from my adolescent years. I have to share this because you will understand me more. All three of my sisters are quite large in the chest...I mean quite large is saying it nicely. Well, I was very slow in my process of developing and I got stuck with the nickname Skeet.....from the word mosquito. Because they were small enough to look like mosquito bites....that's just cruel. LOL!! So I am very happy with having a C cup and even though I still get harassed with the name, I feel comfortable with what I have.
Unfortunately they told my hubby all about the nickname and I get it from him from time to time.
