The funny thing is that mine aren't shrinking-they are staying the same, but my tummy is shrinking. I'm a C, and they don't bother me, but I thought it was odd that they are staying the same.

I was on SBD for more than 2 months before I noticed that my bras were getting too big. It took 4 months for my inner thighs to get smaller. I've gone down 2 bra sizes and 1 cup size since Jan. Still have lots more to lose up there!

It seems to me that people who are smaller on top lose it there quicker. Those of us that are bigger tend not to lose it there as quickly (if at all). Some people are just predisposed to have a big chest. The last time I was at my goal weight I still had my 36 C/D.

I haven't been losing my boobs, but people think I have--what's gone is the extra set on the back! Gone from a 38 back to a 36 (my husband called them "wings"-I don't miss 'em!) Everything fits better, except my bras LOL!

Well, I just like being able to "fit" in my bras again! ... and it was one of the first things I noticed!...
That, and that second and third chin melting away!
I'm quite happy with results anywhere they choose "not" to show up!

I agree wienerwrld....my back boobs are disappearing, but the front ones are the same. Atleast the cup is the same. I have gone down from a 40C to 38C. The wierd thing for me is that even though I had gained so much weight, my bust never really changed all that much. The cup has stayed the same, just my width got bigger. I know that I will lose some of my fat from them, I'm just hoping that it won't be much. I really like my size....just happy to get rid of the flab from around them.

I started out as a 36A and yes, mine are getting smaller. I bought a 34B (same cup size as the 36A, just a smaller rib measurement) and that fits pretty well- I tried one on before and it emphasized the back fat but not now. For you other flat-chested women, forget the Miracle bra- its all about the Very Sexy bra- even my little ones almost have cleavage!!!

I was down 18lbs and didn't notice much difference inthe old boobies. They did sit a little more comfortable in the cup and I could wear some of my old bra's. I'd like them to shrink!! I am a 38DD!!! I don't know how that happened!!!!

Julie - I'm with you! The Very Sexy bra is the greatest invention ever!!! I even have the bikini! Unfortunately, I had to buy a new set of them (At almost $50 each) because I went from a 34B to not quite filling out a 34A just on Phase 1! I've since gained some weight back, but the breasts still hate me and aren't increasing!

What a disappointing day. I went bra shopping. So far I have gone from a 38FF to almost a 34E. Just found out today that Goddess is going to stop making my large cup bra under 36F. I lose in the front, but not as quickly as the back. Sales lady in the store said that us girls who are bigger in the front will lose it slower than most. Took me about 20 lbs. lost until I noticed 'them' getting smaller. At the rate I'm going, I will be a 32E soon, and won't be able to buy a bra! (I'm allergic to polyester, and this was the only one I could find that didn't make me itch!, and held me up). Goddess is going to stop making these, the sales lady said, because there aren't too many thinner ladies with big boobs...find that hard to believe. The store had a couple left in 34E, I'm going back on Monday when they go on sale and scarf them up. Here I thought I was doing so well, now I find that I might not be able to lose as much as I want because I won't be able to buy bras! Bummer.....

Being almost 50, it would actually be nice to have the melons shrink a little. I wear a 40 E right now, but even at my thinnest ever my ribcage was still a 36 with B booblets. That was back in the college anorexic days when my ribs stuck out and you could count them.

To stem some of the boob loss try doing more strength training exercises to build up your pectoral muscles -- that way your boobs will be perky even if they are small. I always figure that perky is a major plus -- it means that your boobs a less likely to sag when you get to be 60 years of age.

Hello all -
Newbie to the board and sbd here. Just reading through some posts and found this one regarding tah-tahs.
Anyone notice them shrinking????? Oh, I could only hope. Quite honestly, I am looking for some positive responses here, it could really encourage me to go the distance with sbd. I'm in Phase 1, day 6. I've not cheating a bit, even when hubby picked the first fresh peach of the season and tried to force it at me.
Thanks for all input!

Hey, Tubby Teacher, don't give up hope! I'll be 55 next week, and no diet has shrunk 'them' like SBD, altho as I said a few posts up, it took a good amount of weight loss before 'they' got smaller, and I still have a long way to go. I might have to lose more than I figured just to get 'them' small enough to get into a DD. That is my goal, not to pay $40 a bra!
Good luck,
Burdle
