| i am contemplating using a colon cleanser. i was browsing ebay the other day and ran across one. they actually showed a picture of the results, pretty disgusting. anyway it required a five day fast and guaranteed to clean you out. i have read that the average person has between 5 to 20 pounds of fecal matter that has accumulated in their intestinal tract. i for one want that stuff out of me. anybody have any recommendations. |
