| I just bought some of these vitamins. Does anyone take these? I heard it helps with weight loss. Not like a diet pill but helps out. I looked at the ingred. it has green tea in it, I heard that is something that helps weight loss. |

Just did a search on these vitamins. Found some interesting info from other's post.
I started taking these I guess for two weeks now. I read some other post where they got sick to their stomach. It is funny because I take my vitamins in the morning with my breakfast and never have I got sick, but since I have taking the Weight Smart vitamins I have been getting sick. Twice I did get sick and vomited. I thought it must be my new thyroid medicine, but now I am thinking it is my vitamin. Maybe with the new thyroid and the Weight Smart it is making my metabolism higher then it should. |

I don't take the weightsmart or carbsmart vits. - just do a multivit + minerals (generic type of Centrum) and an add'l 100mg. of B-6. B-6 is supposedly very good at metabolizing protein, plus it helps with red blood cell production. I started taking it a few years back to help fight fatigue, and have found it to be very helpful in that regard.
Of course, I take a few other vits (E, C) plus calcium, Co-Q 10, glucosamine/MSM, and evening primrose oil, just to round out my daily intake. |

| I wonder if some people get sick after taking weightsmart vitamins due to the green tea? I use to take just a regular multi vitamin and never got sick. Took it at the same time. The only different ingred is green tea. :? |

| I was taking regular vitimans until just about 10 day ago, I always felt a little sick to my stomach after taking the regular ones. I really got sick when I had to take pre-natel vitamins. I think it was all the Iron. left a really nasty taste in my mouth and upset my stomach. These carbsmart work well for me. But I am always sure to take them with food just so I don't get sick... :D |

I take the weightsmart vitamins. I don't know if they actually help with the weightloss or not, but it makes me feel like i'm doing something.
If you do decide to take them, take them with milk or breakfast to avoid getting an upset stomach from them. |

| NatalieAE2001, I do take them with my breakfast. I make sure I am in the middle of eating before I take the vitamin. If I don't then I get really sick. If I take them with my food I just get a little creezy but not bad. I think it might be the green tea  |

| well, yesterday I took just the weightsmart vitamin at breakfast in between my oatmeal and after I was done eating I got sick and threw up. (sorry). So this morning I took all my other vitamins, which are: vit E(1000 mg) - vit C (1000mg) - calcium (600 mg) I take another 600 mg at supper - and my thryoid medicine. No sickness so it has to be the weightsmart. I am going to try taking it at supper to see if it makes me sick. I will let you know. It might just be me taking both the thryoid and the weight smart. Although I take my thyroid one hour before I take the other ones. Has to be taken on an empty stomach. |
