| Has anyone tried a colon cleanser? I read about it on a different thread and was curious as to how it worked and where to buy it. I also read that oxygen colon cleansers were better. Please respond :lol: |

Colon cleanse is usually lots of psyllium, plus some herbs. Some can contain laxative herbs that can be kind of rough to handle. You have to read the ingredients...

| I have had lots of bowel problems over the years, ending in surgery. From experience, I can tell you to use Metamucil as is recommended by SB and in combination with beans and lots of fresh veggies. You will just naturally "get the cleanse". Had I know about Metamucil years ago, I think I would have been able to avoid the surgery. |
