| OMG!!!! You don't even look like the same person anymore! Those kind of results are incredible. You look amazing and, believe it or not, younger. You should send those into the people that wrote the books as before and after pictures. You're looking good enough to use as one of those spoke's people that they use to say "This could be you"! everyone freaks when they see that last pic . ugh i was huge
i have a long way to go but it is nice, i dont feel all those rolls on the back anymore and i have a waist kinda...lol my neighbor really freaked, he went home and told his wifde she had to come n see it..lol i was huge
i posted that to show u all that it can be done with hard work.. and fast too. now the trick is keeping it off..lol

GOOD LORD!!!! What a difference?!?!?!? That is terrific!!
I know that seeing pics of myself from before I started, is one main reason why I started. I knew that I was bad, but looking in the mirror, I really didn't see it as much. But as soon as I was handed a pic of me, then I knew it was bad. I will have to post results once they are more obvious. Right now, the results are good, but subtle still.
Good for you. It really makes me feel great to see that change.
