I am a total basket case when it comes to all this computer c***.
let me ask this, and please don't get too upset with me
can I scan a photo, or use my wal-mart photo disk, create a file, (some how  ) then get it here to post a photo. If you could give me step by step help, wording it like you would for a three year old, I might be able to follow. I want to say thank you in advance. Like I said I'm stupid when It comes to all this techno stuff. Hugs Bobbi |

Sure, Bobbi!
Step 1.) Scan your picture or have it on your Wal-Mart disc.
-If scanned, it will ask you to save somewhere or it will go to a certain folder every time. I have to assume that you know which folder this is, although I suggest you save it to your desktop, and I'm going to explain this as if you have put it there. :)
-If it's on your Wal-Mart disc, right-click the image you want and select 'copy'. Now go to your desktop, right-click somewhere on the screen, and select 'paste'.
Step 2.) Go to http://tinypic.com
Step 3.) Click 'Browse'
Step 4.) Click the drop-down button. Select 'desktop' if that's where you've put your image, and then select the image (this is your file - not to be patronizing, I just don't know how much you know). Push the 'open' button.
Step 5.) Now push the 'host picture' button.
Step 6.) It should give you a URL. Highlight it, then right-click and select 'copy'.
Step 7.) Go to wherever you want to post your image.
Step 8.) Click the 'Img' button right under the subject line. Right-click in the message space after where it has written. Select 'paste'. Press the 'img' button again.
Step 9.) Push the 'submit' button
Step 10.) Enjoy a sense of accomplishment, 'cause ya did it! ;) |
