| In the book, in the meal plans, it lists vegetable juice cocktail-6oz, for breakfast. V-8 is a vegetable juice cocktail. |

| If you can stand the low-sodium version of V-8 it is probably better for you and keeps you from reaining water because of all the salt in the regular. I personally mix the two because I don't like the unsalted. |

This may sound like a dumb question but I don't usually drink a lot of vegetable juice... so... what other veggie juice is there other then V-8?
I'm treally trying to drink it but I'm havign a really hard tiome cause I just can't handle the taste. Is there anything else? |
