| I just started SB this week, and I am a little puzzled - do the meals need to be in specific combinations of foods? In looking through the sample meal plans, they look great, but some items are foods that I don't like or the meal is just more than I want or can eat. |

| Those are just suggestions. Just eat 6 meals (3 meals/w snacks and dessert) a day... and make sure what you eat is on the "good list". |

| I'm not a big fish eater and have stuck to chicken, pork and extra lean beef. The place I work doesn't have canadian bacon so I just get regular bacon that is crispy. Am still losing weight. I've also adjusted the Lemon Ricotta Cream recipe. Instead of using the lemon zest, I substittued a :lol: 1/4 tsp. of cocoa powder. It's good for those days when you just have to have chocolate. |
