I've been on the diet for 5 days now and what I miss most is chocolate... Im not a big chocolate eater either, so I kind of find this wierd. But anyways, I work next to a candy store and I've been tempted to go in there and get a small peice of sugar free candy... Usually a peanut butter cup or mint meltaway. Is this permissiable in Phase I? Someone help!!!!
Thanks! |

Ah, sounds like the Eve syndrome.....wanting to eat what you are not suppose to eat just because you are not suppose to eat it.....LOL
I got a big sweet hankering the other day and picked up a Carb Solution Bar in the Chocolate Fudge Almond flavor. It satisfied me quite well. I would suggest you cut the in half or even thirds, as it is very expensive and it has quite a few calories for a snack in my opinion |

| Somebody told me that you can have an occasional low carb bar but only in phase 2, and to watch the fats. But you can have sugar free candy in phase one. it says candies, hard, sugar free (limit to 75 calories a day). Those calories include sugar free popsicles, sugar free gum, sugar substitute, sugar free fudgsicles, cocoa powder or chocolate powder with no sugar added, and sugar free gelatin. |

Hi, I just bought some sugar free hard candy that taste like mint chocolate. I figure if I ever get a really bad craving I could have one of those. (I haven't had any cravings for chocolate which just amazes me.)
Thanks
