Hi All,
Has anyone ever heard or made Shirataki Noddles?I found them last
night at a local Asian Market but have not made them yet.
.
I was reading on Talking Low Carb site about them. You find them in the
refrigerated section in 8oz plastic pouches in water. They taste like spaghetti or ramen noddles.
The best part is that a serving is only 1g carb 1g fiber=0.
Love some feedback on these ,before I plan my dinner
around them.

Sure, they are made from yam cake and are a Japanese staple. This site has some good Japanese recipes that you can adapt to suit SBD:
