Anyone heard of and/or used L-Carnitine? I believe it accelerates fat molecules burn rate in our bodies. It is available as a capusle and can be purchased in most drug stores.
Any insights?
Thanks,
Petra

L-carnitine Side Effects
L-carnitine is generally well tolerated. However, you may experience the following L-carnitine side effects:
nausea
vomiting
stomach ache
diarrhea
body odor
weakness
I had a friend who took it told me waste of $$. Did nothing to promote weight loss more. |

My husband took it last year for 6 months. It was supposed to increase the size of the cholesterol particles, small ones get under the lining of the blood vessels and cause build-up. It did help him lose a little weight, but didn't work for the cholesterol problem, but SBD did! His cardiologist was so impressed, he is telling all his patients to jump on the Beach!

| I'd stick with SBD and forget the pills - some of those things ca n be so harmful and make you feel just awful. Just looking at those side effects sends off warning bells in my brain! |
