OK, I have this dip/sauce stuff, called Esparrago
Ingredients:
Asparagus, Chilies, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Jalapeno Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Spices, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum.

Protien 1g
Serving size is 2tbsp.
So what do you think, ok for phase 1 or no? I want to put it ontop of chicken breast, or pork....
DOn't forget to consider the new info on tomatoes.
