| I have a friend at work who cannot eat anything that has gluten in it. She is thin and has a beautiful complexion. I asked her what she ate for breakfast and she said one of her favorites was turkey patties. I bought garlic onion raw turkey patties, fried them in a little olive oil and then blotted the patty with paper towels and added salsa. It was really a nice change from eggs and wraps! |

| ooh, great idea! I have to eat at work b/c I teach (i leave at 545am)...can i microwave them, and are they ok for Phase I? |
