Phase II Low Carb Lasagne

My sister told me about this last night and I am so excited. She doesn't do SBD, but she does watch her carb intake (and she's skinny, the beyotch! LOL!)

Anyway.

She makes her regular lasagne and instead of using pasta noodles, she uses the La Tortilla Factory low-carb tortillas. She said she was worried about how it would taste (she has our mother's recipe and it is not something we want to "screw" with!). She said it was as good, or better.

I can't wait to try this!

I make mine P1 style by substituting the noodles with grilled zuchhini strips. Yummy. And no carbs...well, carbs from flour anyway.

I have used Blanched Cabbage leaves instead of Pasta and it was good.
