| I just tried something great! I made the quick version of orange sugar-free jello (dissolved jello in 3/4 cup boiling water and added 1 1/4 cup ice and water), tossed it in the blender with 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese. Poured it into a tall glass and after half an hour in the fridge its just as smooth as a creamsicle! 8) |
