2 cans artichokes
2C parm cheese
1C sour cream (reduced or nonfat of course)
2C mayo (reduced fat again)
small can of diced chilies or jalapeņo peppers
top with chopped fresh tomato.
I know we're supposed to have sour cream and may in moderation but this dip is so good.
I also didn't know about chilies/jalapeņo's? Do they have natural sugars in them that would make them bad for Phase I?
Thanks,

Actually - that recipe doesn't look too bad. It's Ok to have some mayo. It's a good choice to take to a party that everyone will like, just make sure you don't put it on crackers. I have found zucchini slices make great dip "carriers". In fact I took an artichoke dip to a Christmas party - and took both zucchini slices and crackers to dip with - and a lot of people who were not on diets layered the cracker with the dip and topped it with the zucchini slice - they loved it.
At least with this recipe you will be sure to have SOMETHING to eat at the party!
