Hi Again,
It seems you all are doing very well on this eating plan. Congrats! Remember success nutures success so keep up the great work.
Question:
I read the book and I read it quickly. I didn't see anything about a 75 cal. limit on fats. I did for sweets. There are so many foods that are not on the good list or the bad list. Is there an all inclusive list somewhere?
Thanks,
Bev

I do not remember there being a limit for fat. I have also started this program on 11/3/03 and am amazed at how good I feel. I use the I can't believe its not butter spray and smart balance margarine.
Keep up the good work.

As far as I know the calorie limit is on sugar free sweets not fats. The fats are cut down calorie wise since he asks you to choose lean meats, low fat cheeses, and low fat/fat free lunch meats.
