I'm just about to start the South Beach diet, and I'm wondering if Miracle Whip is OK during phase 1 instead of mayo? It actually has less fat, but I'm guessing it might have more added sugars. I usually eat tuna salad made with Miracle Whip on top of a green salad for lunch, so I'm wondering if this will be OK on South Beach? I haven't been able to find any info mentioning Miracle Whip specifically.
Much thanks!

| Just check for the amount of carbs/sugars/fat. Comapre that to the mayo they recommend, if they are similar than I would say go for it. |

| I do miss my miracle whip too. Yesterday I found miracle whip from carb options made by lawry's. I did'nt try it yet. I also got a bottle of barbecue sauce (hickory) from the same co. This is really good !I've put a dash of splenda in my mayo for egg salad and tuna not bad in a pinch. |
