Hi all I just started sbd yesterday, today I have a headache :( but anyway in the book it calls for laughing cow lite cheese for a snack and the only laughing cow cheese I can find does not have the words lite on it. I bought it anyway. So is there an actual lite version :?:

yes, there is a light version to the laughing cow cheese. I found it at Zehrs (grocery store in Ontario). Surprised to see how many different varieties there are.

I found it at Kroger. Be sure to look in the deli cheese sections, and also near the regular dairy products. I actually found the lite version next to the milk.

Ditto, I've been eating lite string cheese because I can't find Laughing Cow anywhere, hope that is ok.

Funny thing is that I have been able to find it in 2 different local grocery store(s), but it requires quite a search!
One had it on a shelf..no refrigeration at all/ required and another had it mixed in with all their gourmet cheeses in the large cheese case by the deli.
It is really creamy & worth the price (just under $4.00). Good luck!

There are so many people in the area of MN that I live that you can't get your hands on it. I have been on SBD for 12 days now and have yet to find a place that has it in stock. They all have little signs in the area that it is supposed to be from the "Laughing Cow" people apologizing and saying that they are going to up production with more machines.
Wow, they gotta be lovin' it!

Laughing Cow is a brand name. They make some really fine cheese, especially their skim and light varieties. Also, they package it in neat little morsels that are perfect for snacks when you're on the SoBe diet!

Their website is under construction, but the U.S.A. offices are located in KauKauna, Wisconsin.
