| I have a question I noticed that slim fast now have a 2 net carb shake. very different from the normal slim fast shake. It's not very high in fat and has 20g of protein. I'm not much of a morning person and actually having time to prepare a meal is a rarity. What do you guys think?? Any comments or suggestions. thanks |

The Vanilla shake I saw on the website says 2g of sugar. It doesn't list the actual ingredients, though.
I'm excited :D about this product because my daughter (14) wants to stay with this program, but doesn't like eggs, V8, or anything but SWEET for breakfast, and this could help a lot. Also, the bars would help at school for snack. What does everyone think? At the very least, it's probably better than nothing in the morning for her. |

Shakes and bars are NOT a part of the South Beach Diet. Dr. Agatston says to avoid them. But yes, I suppose they would be better than nothing.
Although they are not "SBD" they are on other diets that you might want to follow. |
