If you had as much money as Anna Nicole does, do you think you'd lose your weight by taking something you buy at Wal-Mart? I'd bet the farm (if I had one) that she had a nutritonist, personal trainer, and to top it off--plastic surgery!! :D
Edited to say that I'm going to have that stupid "Trim-Spa, baby! Yeah!" in my head all day! LOL

Ive heard alot of bad things about trimspa. First i heard that it can cause blood clots. And i also heard although it says its not made with ephedra, its made with ephedrine, which is just synthetic ephedra, so it does the same thing...i would be very careful about using that...also, anytime you take a pill, the minute you stop taking it youll gain it back...thats how they make money, either ppl are afraid to get off of it, or they have to keep going back

I have tried it, and it did work for like a month, however be sure you drink alot of water, because if you don't then you will get sharp pains in your throat. Also, it made my hands real shaky, and well as lock jaw. Also, not to be gross, it really messes with your boul (sp) movements. You'll have to go alot, and its runny! Plus you will gain the weight right back after you are off it...like any normal diet pill. Zantrax-3 is way better than trim spa.....baby....ugh anna!

I justed wanted to say that I lost 52 lbs in a little under 3 months on Trimspa with Ephedra. I went from a size 16 to a size 8.
My sister lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks.
It is the only thing that has EVER worked for me.

I, personally, believe that Anna Nicole did lose all of her weight with just the Trimspa.

Well it might have worked for Anna but I am glad ephedra is illegal now. My friend used to take it and she stopped breathing (waking up gasping) everynight until she stopped it.

It's not something you can stay on forever, and I highly doubt it has helped you solve any eating problems. Have you gained any back? Congrats on losing the weight but I would be too scared to health problems (heart problems to name a few) to keep on a drug like that

And as for Anna, she probably had some work done. You would think sagging skin would be a big problem due to how quick she lost it. [/quote]

Actually, it did help me change my eating habits.
I haven't gained any weight back since I stopped taking it and it's been a little over a year. I don't have a problem with sagging skin and I lost alot quickly.

I could never take any ehedra based products until I found Trimspa. It had a smaller amount of ephedra in it than other products and I didn't have any problems while taking it. Maybe I just got lucky.

I have to admit, it's tempting.

I'm enjoying the SB way, but I haven't seen any results in a while. It makes it hard to avoid those little treats that tempt me in the afternoon. I sometimes think that I might be able to lose just a little bit faster if I took a supplement like this.

I used VitalaTrim (I think) for a month several year ago. I lost 13 lbs in 4 weeks with no diet or exercise. But I couldn't afford to keep using it, and the weight came back plus some after I stopped.

Right now, I just content myself with exercize, but I can't say those commercials never get to me.

I can't put anytype of diet drug in my body just for the fear of what its really doing to the rest of me. Was on Phen Phen for a yr once and lost weight but luckily it had no ill effects on my body after they recalled it off the market..no way..I have to learn to eat righ just as the rest of us are.
Anna Nicole well she's another story LOL.

I have been off and on diet pills for years. My main reason for using them is to train my eating habits. You can't go on any diet pill and expect the pill to do all the work. Most pills curb your hunger ( which will help you eat smaller portions ) and give you energy ( whether it be excersising or just getting up and doing house chores ) I just ordered trimspa off ebay, which if anyone is interested in buying it , it is the cheAPEST WAY TO. I jut want to see how it works...my favorite diet pill so far is by Nikken called H.E.L.P. pills.

Diet pills are for lazy people like me, people who really don't have time, money, or energy to spend an hour in the gym 5 days a week.

Personally I'm not opposed to people using diet pills -- but only as long as it is safe for them. I think everyone has a different threshold to these pills, some people react quickly- some people never see results.

Bottom line is i think these pills are just enhancers. If you need a pep while working out, diet pills or workout pills are great because they give you that little energy boost. diet pills work if you are normally an inactive person just due to your type of work, and they increase your resting metabolic rate so that just by doing normal things, you are burning off more calories than you would normally (also making one's hands shakier or resting heart rate soar...).

I do however, think that you can't be on a diet/workout pill forever. I do think you can change the way you look at food & the way you eat forever.

I agree with the few who said that they would just like to try it, or have hit a slump and might try it to get a weight loss boost. I think that's okay so long as that's all it is -- a boost, and not something to get addicted to.

Different folks, different strokes. For those of you who use diet pills or want to try, just be careful. Just do your homework & take care of yourselves...

I heard that Anna Nicole did have plastic surgery along with using Trimspa.

I am really considering taking this. Only because I can stay on track as long as Im not home LOL. Seems like when I come home from work I dont like the idea of working out and I only see the couch and tv as appealing. And after dinner time I reach for anything chocolate sometimes I really over do and then that messes up the whole day of being good. So Im considering taking this. I only have like 15-20 lbs to lose anyway its just hard!
