This is the first time I have posted on this website and I think it odd that I post with an answer (my opinion only) to comments about diet pills. I also took Phen Phen and lost weight but gained it all plus back! You are not depending on a change of life you are depending on the effects of a pill to solve your eating issues and lets face it we all have eating issues or we wouldn't be on this website. I think the same can be said for Jenny Craig I lost weight with that as well but only because the choice of what to eat was decided for me, I didn't have to make choices. Making choices is why I am overweight in the first place. You know...candy over vegies, chips over fruit. I am most successful with the SBD as I still make choices but it teaches me what for me are good choices and what for me are bad choices. When I make good choices I loose and bad I gain. But I control what happens not a pill. I took a big risk with my life and my health taking Phen Phen and have decided there is no "quick fix" only good choices leading to a better way of life. You can't take pills forever and you can't (I couldn't anyway) afford Jenny Craig forever. I am in or not in control of my weight and body.

My sister lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks.
It is the only thing that has EVER worked for me.

I, personally, believe that Anna Nicole did lose all of her weight with just the Trimspa.

Hi, I just started taking Trimspa, I'm on my 4th day. I was wondering how soon you saw results and how many a day you started out taking? Also, did you eat diet food or did eat what you wanted?? I haven't lost my appetite yet. I would appreciate any advice that you have, trying to lose the rest of my baby weight!

I used it (as well as any other diet pill on the marketplace) and saw nothing with it. I was living in that fancy little delusional world that taking some pill would make me skinnier. I'm not oppposed to supplements now and then (there's worse things you can do to yourself if you want to be thin), and found the most success with a different one. I can't even call it success though, because if you use enough of it over time, your body builds up a tolerance and it stops working.

The bottom line, for me, was that TrimSpa is a marketing machine and nothing else. If anyone's had success with it, good for you, but it was such a waste of money for me...

I use to think that I could be on a deserted island for 3 months with no goodies to eat and when it was over I would weigh the same.

SB diet has changed all of that for me. And it's not just the diet. It's choices I make every day. I've lost 71 pounds since May 2004. No pill is magic. If you do not change your lifestyle and eating habits, you will find your weight shooting back up and as a result of those pills you may find your health on a spiral down.

Please don't think that pills are the answer. We live in a society that there's a pill for everything but remember there are worst side affects than help with pills.

I would never think that anything Anna N. Smith endorsed was a good thing. Money talks and I'm sure that she is getting paid a huge amount to say what she says about those pills.

Please choose wisely, life is about choices and many choices can not be reversed.

i used trimspa this past summer for 8 weeks in combination with the south beach diet and my results were fabulous! i have never felt or looked better! generally, i would never take a weight loss pill, as i'm very sensitive to different ingredients due to severe migraine headaches. but i didn't experience any adverse reactions to trimspa and found it to be a wonderful appetite suppressant. in combination with the pills and diet, i was also running 5K 5-6 days per week. when you are trying to lose weight, any health professional will tell you that diet is 70% of the battle and exercise 30%. but once you have reached your goal weight then exercise is the key by 70% and what you eat is only a 30% factor. it is much easier to maintain then it is to lose, so if you need to use an enhancement like trimspa to kick start your weight loss, then by all means do it! it's a personal decision, just do all your research first! and as far as anna nicole smith goes----who really cares how she did it? she went from too fat to having a killer body and let's give her some credit for losing the pounds! she looks great!

farmerthebride: i saw results after a week! but please combine exercise with your regime (as the bottle says) and you will notice your body shaping up so much faster. there is no quick fix, but with the south beach diet and exercise you're going to see results sooner! please keep me posted on how it's working! and no, you can't eat whatever you want, you'll never lose weight that way. you still need to make the lifestyle change and make healthy choices, this will just help to keep you motivated; if you are results-oreinted like me you need a little extra boost to keep you going in the beginning. by the time you've been taking the trimspa for 8 weeks or so, then you should be able to go off it and continue with the SBD successfully!
i was taking 2 pills 30 min before breakfast and one pill before lunch and dinner (4 in total) and that was plenty for me. make sure you wait the 30 minutes to allow the pills to absorb into your system before eating.
my husband couldn't believe how quickly the weight was coming off after only a couple of weeks! we have told a lot of friends and family about this product---a great kick start to any weight loss regime!
good luck!

I am taking Trimspa right now (day 1), and I've noticed a significant drop in appetite and a huge boost in energy - I think it's pretty good! I'm hoping to drop about 10 lbs, so I hope this pill works! I'm combining it with diet and exercise as well. Good luck everyone!

I heard that Anna Nicole did have plastic surgery along with using Trimspa.

Mfit4Me

Word has it she also had enemas.
Come one, she did NOT loose 69 pounds with JUST trim spa. Shes even admitted that in interviews.

Looks, if quick easy weight loss worked, we'd all be thin and none of us would be here would we?

The only real way to get in shape is to be HEALTHY.
Eat right and exersise. Those tools will not only keep us slim but keep us on good enough health to enjoy that feeling for a nice long time.

Diet pills have KILLED scores of people, they prey on our insecurities. Those pills have KILLED people, why would you ever put them in your mouth?!

If diet pills, diet foods or diet plans worked, those industires would be out of business. Its a 1 BILLION dollar industry and they dont want us to be thin for ever, if we were, they would stop making money.

First Phen Phen killed people, then they took ephedra off the market. Now they put ephedrine or mua hung or other similair substances in. How long before those ingrediants kill someone and they are pulled from the market?

Come on people, this stuff messes with your HEART, the most vital organ in your body!

Be wise, be healthy, skip the diet pills and get on the treadmill!

Your LIFE isnt not worth the risk. Dont let those cheesy commercials convince you your HEART is worth messing with.

bottom line.....

IF YOU DON'T LEARN HOW TO EAT, YOU WILL NOT MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU LOST SAID WEIGHT

without teaching yourself a WOE that is workable, it's just not going to be permanent.

Just wondering... where did you find it with ephedra?? I took Metabolife and lost 80 lbs (and did not gain it back, btw, until I had surgery - a year later). I would LOVE to buy trimspa w/ ephedra as the trimspa @ walmart is without ephedra... because ephedra has been banned - which is why I wonder how you got it!
